Step 01
Ingredients are
weighed and mixed

Fresh ingredients are carefully selected and accurately weighed, then mixed according to the recipe.

Cold
brewing

Milk tea is cold brewed at a temperature of 4℃±1℃ for a minimum of 18 hours, then sealed and stirred to capture the flavor of the black tea and minimize caffeine extraction.

Step 03
Filtration

The black tea leaves are filtered through a hygienic cotton material to produce the milk tea concentrate.

Step 04
Filling, packing,
and inspection

The products are filled, sealed, and packaged in the precise amount for each bottle, pouch, and container. After packaging, a product inspection is conducted to ensure compliance.

Step 05
Post-pasteurization
at a low temperature

Post-pasteurization at a low temperature Low temperature (67℃±3℃) to preserve the nutritional components of the milk Long-time pasteurization sterilization process.

Step 06
Cooling/freezing
and shipping

Rapid cooling and storage at below -18℃ followed by first-in, first-out release of the product.
